We will provide a courtesy text the day before the clean so you know to leave the gate open so our operators can have access.

Of course! All we ask is simply that you let our team know at least 24 hours before the clean. Otherwise, we reserve the right if turning our team away at the door or cancelling on the day with our office, to charge you the full price expected and/or cancel any ongoing service with us.

The first clean always takes more time, this ensures that all buildup from all the frames, sills, windows and vents can be taken care of.

To make it simpler for our customers, we take payments by direct debit, through Go Careless. This will be taken 5 days after the clean - only as and when a clean is done. Not a reoccurring payment.

In order to maintain and improve the service we provide, we adjust our price each year inline with the Consumer Price Index (CPI).

We use a warm pure water system and brush to scrub all the frames, sills and doors, followed by a thorough rinse leaving your windows streak-free.

Yes, however the price is subject to change on first inspection.

We are committed to delivering the highest level of service with every window clean. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our work, please notify us within 24 hours of your cleaning. We will promptly return on the next working day to re-clean your windows at no additional cost. Kindly note that complaints made after the 24-hour period may not be eligible for a re-clean. While we operate a no-refund policy, we are happy to address and resolve any issues reported within the specified timeframe to ensure your satisfaction.
Gutter Clearing FAQ’s

A courtesy text will still be provided the day before. If you are only having your gutters cleared, as long as there is a supply of power and somewhere to leave the waste you don't have to be home.

If you are looking for a one off clear then we accept paying by cash, or we can send you an email invoice. If you would like the 6 monthly service then we recommend setting up the direct debit. it is no contract, just as and when a clean is done and he payment it taken 5 days later.

We use our SkyVac gutter clearing system. It is a large vacuum which plugs in and will clear any blockages and remove all water and debris from your gutters.

Yes. Some of our operators are trained to clear all downpipes, please be in touch if you would need this service and we will be happy to help.

Any waste taken from the gutter clear has to be left at the property. If you have a garden waste/compost bin that would be ideal.
